We process restaurant customer identity and organization data, contact requests, aggregate technical usage, and a guest question transiently to generate an answer. Raw questions and AI answers are not stored for analytics.

Retention and rights

Technical events are retained for up to 90 days, daily aggregates for 24 months, and leads that do not become customers for 12 months. Access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to the privacy contact.
