Terms of service

During the pilot, Tastiana Guide costs €59 / restaurant / month + VAT (standard price €99 / month; pilot customers keep the pilot price for 12 months). The billing unit is a published restaurant guide with its own menu, visit details and booking link. Billing and onboarding are agreed directly with Finnzon.

Service scope

Tastiana structures public restaurant content and produces an AI-assisted presentation. The restaurant reviews the first publication and is responsible for current information. Booking takes place in the restaurant’s external service; Tastiana does not confirm reservations.

Limits and cancellation

The plan has fair-use limits. The menu, introduction, FAQ and booking link stay available even if the monthly limit for free-form guest questions is reached. The service can be cancelled monthly.
