Security
Tastiana keeps its data in the EU. Each restaurant’s data is separated at database level, so a restaurant sees only its own. Restaurants sign in by invitation with an emailed link and no password, and Tastiana’s administrators use two-factor authentication. The guide on a restaurant’s website receives only published content meant for guests.
- The first version goes live only after the restaurant approves it.
- A failed update never replaces the last working version.
- Website text, instructions given to the AI and its answers are not written to logs.
- Security reports can be sent to the support address.
